Existence expands, and I age.
I am born then die, others die and are born.
The leaves change and fall as bodies in a minefield.
The change, as well as the balance, continues.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
At one point an energy came to be.
Its existence came through indomitable will.
In time it expanded, and the change began.
Its expansion led to separation, and new things came.
It wanted harmony, but knew only its will.
One of them came to see the necessity of balance.
It was cast down by its creator for challenging its will.
It created chaos, the balance, the purest of things.
The energies went out and became all that is.
In Earth they formed the fire and earth and water.
And in their indomitable will came life.
Life, just as the original creator, expanded.
And a change began.
The energies split and grew with each new life.
Each life gave and took in simple ways.
Each gave homage to the chaos.
And as they grew and changed there came humanity.
In man the energies cultivated our minds.
In all our emotions they rolled in ecstasy.
The creator damned such change from its will.
The fallen one held them close to keep the balance.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Humanity expands and I laugh.
All things are balance and all are chaos.
The world destroys itself as a cannibal feasting on its own flesh.
The change continues, but it weighs the same.
The balance is always kept.
